Rehab Recap is a YouTube video series that features fix-and-flip investors and their latest completed project. In each episode, we show the amazing transformation every property has gone through and go in-depth into how the project all came together. At the end of each episode, I ask every investor the same five questions:
- How did you find the property? (e.g.: MLS, wholesaler, auction, etc.)
- How much did you acquire the property for?
- How much was the rehab?
- How much do you expect to sell it for?
- What was the biggest lesson you learned on this flip?
The mission of Rehab Recap is to:
