Konea Capital House Hunters
I’m looking for people to join my team of House Hunters. These House Hunters look for and then send me addresses to homes that need fixing up. So before we get started, let’s start with:
Who We Are

We are a real estate investment company primarily investing in fix and flip properties in Hawaii. We do this because it is a lucrative business model and we also help people out of bad situations they thought were impossible to get out of.
For example, we’ve helped a family break free of their hoarding habits by buying their house in cash so they can move to a clean, new home with no mortgage. My partner has stopped a family from falling into foreclosure and having their home go to auction by paying off all delinquent debts owed to the bank.
Why I’m Starting the House Hunters team
I’m just one guy. I can’t drive through every street looking for houses. I can’t ask everyone on the island to see if they’re interested in selling their home. However, if I had a group of people all over the island sending me leads, talking to their friends and neighbors, then the chance of successfully buying a house would increase exponentially!
If you’re looking to join my team as a House Hunter and make some extra money on the side, then keep on reading. This page will teach you everything you need to know right here. No I don’t need your personal information, no I don’t need to you buy anything, no I don’t need you to attend a meeting or a seminar. Just keep reading, learn how to do this, and get started.
Step 1: Think about those houses that you’ve seen when you’re driving around that look abandoned or look like they need fixing up.
Step 2: Go to that house and take a picture of the outside. Remember to accurately write down the address! If the address is wrong, my postcard will never make it to their house.
Step 3: Go to https://goo.gl/forms/FsVafb2kQI44enyu1 and send me the address along with the photo.
Note: You will need a Gmail account to submit.
That’s it! Once you submit the form, I will send them a postcard looking to buy their home.
If I successfully buy that home, I will reach out to you via the email you submitted the address with. We will organize a time and place where I can hand you the check, or I can just mail it to you if you prefer.
But wait! There’s more.
Finding leads isn’t just sending the addresses of houses that need work. Another way to find possible leads is to talk to everyone to see if they or someone they know is interested in selling their home. If they are, simply refer them to us by giving them our website information.
Other sources of leads may come from people that are in a bad situation. People may fall on hard financial times and could be facing foreclosure, a couple may be going through a divorce, or maybe someone recently lost a loved one and now the house is just empty.
If you know someone in that situation, you must be very cautious and pay very close attention to how you talk to them.
Sometimes people in those situations have everything under control and don’t need help. Sometimes people in these kinds of situations could feel lost and don’t know what to do.
If you find out that they are looking to sell their property or just don’t know what to do about their situation, give them our website information and let them do their research and let them reach out to us instead.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What are the requirements?
A: We are looking for homes on the Hawaiian islands. We are also looking for homes that are not already listed on the MLS. You will be notified if an address is invalid or if it’s already for sale.
Q: What do I need to get started?
A: Just your cell phone! Use it to take photos of properties you find where ever you’re going. To work, school, visiting friends, etc. Remember to write down the address as well!
Q: Can I do this full-time?
A: Joining the team does not mean I’m hiring you for a traditional job with an hourly wage. This is just something to do in your spare time that may potentially earn you a nice check! With that being said, you can do this however much or however little you want.
Q: What if you buy a property that I sent and you don’t pay me?
A: There are a couple of ways to find out if I have bought a house.
First is that there will all of a sudden be a lot of construction workers working in and around the house. The second way would be to check public records to see who bought the property. If it was me, you will see my business’ name. If it’s someone else, you will see their name instead.
I would never lie or cheat. If I buy a house that you send me, I will pay you the finder’s fee. My reputation is very important to me!
